About Me
As a qualified counselor for the last eight years, I’ve been honored to walk alongside people and witness their growth. After experiencing my own life challenges, I felt deeply drawn to being the kind of support my counselors were for me—offering a steady, compassionate presence in times of uncertainty. I offer an authentic, grounded space where you can be real, messy, honest, and fully yourself. I bring gentle humor when it’s helpful, because sometimes a small laugh makes heavy things feel a bit more bearable. I’m deeply curious about the inner workings of being human—what drives us, what shapes us, and what helps us heal. And when I’m not counseling, you’ll often find me outdoors, growing my own food, exploring permaculture, hiking, or paddleboarding. Outside of counseling, I’m also a proud parent to my wonderful adult daughter and two teenage children.
