    Everyone’s journey is unique. After a few sessions together, I can offer suggestions on what might work best for you. In my experience, starting with weekly or fortnightly sessions can be the most helpful, but the pace is entirely up to you. You decide what feels right, and I’ll provide guidance to tailor the sessions to your needs.

  • Individual Sessions are $120 per 1 hour session

    Couples Therapy Sessions are $150 per 1 hour session

  • I meet with clients via secure online Zoom sessions, making it easy and convenient to connect from wherever you are.

  • I am a qualified counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Family Counselling from the Australian Institute of Family Counselling, and I am a registered member of ACCA.

    I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for relationships as well as a certified Lifekeys Facilitator.

I started counselling with Lisa a year ago. Over this past year I can see a significant improvement in my mental health. My anxiety was too severe to leave the home.
